LifeCube Room Requirements

Before installing a LifeCube cryotherapy chamber, it’s crucial to ensure that your space meets specific requirements for safety and functionality. Our guidelines cover everything from room size.

Installing a LifeCube cryotherapy chamber requires careful consideration of your space to ensure safety and optimal performance. The room should be adequately sized, with enough clearance around the chamber for easy access and maintenance. Proper ventilation is crucial to maintain a safe environment, as the chamber uses extremely low temperatures that can affect air quality. Additionally, your space must accommodate the necessary electrical setup, including dedicated circuits for the chamber’s power needs.

Installation Requirements

1. Room Conditions:

  • Maximum Room Temperature: 20°C
  • Maximum Humidity: 30%

2. Space and Infrastructure:

  • Ensure a stable and level floor.
  • Provisions for high voltage current (50 Hz, 400 V, 32 A for the aggregate; 50 Hz, 400 V, 16 A for the water chiller).
  • Network connection with permanent internet (RJ45, CAT6a).

3. Core Drilling Specifications:

  • Four refrigerant pipes: 60 mm diameter each.
  • Power line: 60 mm diameter.
  • Condensate water tank: 40 mm diameter.
  • Two water pipes: 60 mm diameter each.

4. Additional Installation Considerations:

  • Ensure a minimum distance of 60 cm between the aggregate and any walls.
  • If the pipe route involves multiple angles or runs through different rooms, account for the reduced maximum distance between the chamber and the unit.

Technical Specifications

  • Power Consumption: Approximately 6 kW to 8 kW per hour.
  • Cooling Duration: Initial cooling to target temperature takes 1 to 3 hours; immediate temperature adjustments within the specified range.
  • Maintenance: Regular defrosting and drying cycles up to 7 hours; continuous operation is possible.
